Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I own a home in New Jersey. I let my girlfriend move in with me 3 years ago, she does not pay any rent or utilities. The situation deteriorated, I have moved out and want to sell the home. She has been telling me for a year she is going to move out but has done nothing. What are the proper legal steps to remove her from the property?

You need to bring an action in ejectment in NJ. in the county where the home is located.
