How should a landlord approach a problem with a tenant legally.

Should he be threatening and demeaning or hostile towards you.

Does he have the right to come and start swearing in front of your children and threatenig them ..

If the issue is a landlord/tenant issue (Rent, Repairs, etc.) A landlord should act through his attorney and use the court system to effectuate whatever relief is necessary.

If a tenant becomes violent or is threatening violence the landlord should call the police.
