landlord breaking lease
i signed a 3 year lease on 07/01/06 for my insurance agency.
my landlords just sold the building and i was informed that i would have to leave. what are my rights

Unless your lease states somewhere that the landlord has the right to terminate the lease upon sale or some other event, the new landlord/owner takes the property with the leases in place. (He must honor the existing leases).
