Landlord cashing SEC 8 potion and is evicting me

I have SEc 8 with a potion to be paid by me. There are sooooo many violations such as no working fridge and roach and mice infestion.Also there r holes in the walls and floor creating a danger to my 4 small children. I have thrown out $250 in meat which I have proof of.,Yesterday a recieved a thirty day notice unsigned and a 3 day notice signed by landlord not noterized giving me 10 days to pay my potion which he says is far more than what it is. Are these letter real and how do I proceed to screw him {excuse my french} like he is doing to me Please any info would help

Finding an attorney to assist you is a good start.

Take photographs of the problems with the apartment. Make a list which includes the refrigerator. You will tell the judge the apt is not fit to live in (warranty of habitability is the legal phrase).

However, you must show that you have the money to pay the unpaid rent. A bank statement showing you have the money is sufficient. Bring it to court.
