Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
my landlord gave us a 30 days notice,then take us to court,the judge gave us until the 21st of september to move out, which we were,the landlord wants us to pay him to change his lock,can this be possible

The lock change is his cost of doing business. Unless the Court ordered you to pay him for that you are not responsible to do so.
