i rented a room to someone they breached our written agreement they left mid month and did not pay anything for the 2 weeks they were there they have left quite a few belongings clothes bed bike etc what is my recourse to have this things removed have tried to contact said persons 3 times in last 4 days with no response is it my responsibility to keep them here when no rent was paid?

If the renter left you the key, he or she would be deemed to have abandoned the property.
If no abandonment, legally you would have to commence a summary proceeding (eviction). Once you receive the Judgment of Possession and Warrent of Eviction, the property would be deemed abandoned.
