my problem is... i refinanced my mothers house into my name when she was losing her house and now i am stuck with all of the dead beats (Aunts and their boyfriends)in the house and can't get rid of them. They dont pay for anything and run all of the bills up for me. They make horrible threats to me all the time and i cant get rid of them...please help!!!!!

Do you have any lease agreements with them? You may seek to legally evict them, which is a process requiring that the case be brought before a judge to seek a court judgment. Once you have won a court judgment the authorities will be able to physically evict them from the premises.
