My lease is end in Sept. 30, Is my landlord can force me out the apartment? can i pay and stay one more month without signing another lease?

The term under your lease expires on 9/30. Therefore, under the contract, the landlord can evict you. However, if you and the landlord agree to extend the lease another month, then you may pay and stay for another month.
