no lease

i''m a landlord with a tenant that there lease has expired(06/2006 not renewing). i had her served with a hold over by a server.what is my next move to get her out?

shes taken me to court for repairs.

You need to file a Notice of Petition and Petition to have her evicted. It is not advisable to proceed as such against a tennant without attorney representation.
