no lease
i currently rent a store front.lease expired.refuses to give a new lease
but she raises th rent occassionally
am subjected to the increase. or what can i do.

Re: no lease
The landlord has the right to raise rent on 30 days notice since you are a month to month tenant. However, you do not have to pay the rent increase and you can leave on 30 days notice.
