I have a 1 yr lease. My son accidently broke a window. I'm getting it fixed. My landlord is upset and is evicting me.Can he do that with a lease? My lease is not up yet. my rent is paid on time every month

For a 1-time event, probably not, unless the damage was intentional on the part of your son. Nevertheless, you will need to defend against the eviction.
