where can get a form or format to file a lis pendens and a summons or summary f complaint
i cant afford a lawyer and will be filing pro se

there are several sites online that sell such forms, such as bloomberg.com or lawguru itself...
much luck! this is not the type of thing that most inividuals should take on on their own.
