Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I live in an apartment, when I moved in I had a parking spot, I pay rent at my apartment. My downstairs neighbor is a child of my landlord and she has several people living in the house, and I am unable to park in my driveway. So my question is, should I be allowed to have a parking spot.

A. Assuming that the house is being legally rented, you would have to look at the language in your lease agreement.
