i live in nassau county ny and have a small claims question. i am about to move out of an apartment and my roommate isnt speaking to me. i expect him not to give me my security when i leave or at least not all of it. he might be moving at the same time. my question is if i want to take him to small claims court to get my security and dont know his new address what can it do ( i do know where he works)

If you know where he works, place his work address on the small claims form.
