Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I live in NYC. I have obtained a judgement against my tenant in a commercial property. Tenant signed lease in corporate name. Can I go after tenant personally, knowing that he used the money personally for his own purpose?

Was there a personal Guaranty? Does the business have assets? Are they still in possession of the premises? We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
