Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I live in Williamson, NY and have a 12 month lease. I haven't always paid my rent on time but include the late charges when I do. My landlord says that's a violation of my lease and want me out within 2 weeks. They have no other grounds to have me evicted. Can they do this without taking me to court?

No, silly rabbit, it's always illegal to use self help in a leased property case. You have to judge whether landlord will obey or break the law.
