Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I live in New York State, and I rent an apartment. The landlords daughter lives downstairs from me and her and I had suspected her being in my apartment when I am not here, so I set up a video and have recorded on few occasions of her or her boyfriend being up here. Now my question is, are they allowed in my apartment legally if they have not checked with me and it is not an emergancy?
