Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

i living in the apt with 2 BR for 7 yrs with my daughter 5 yes old where my x husband lived for 20 yrs , we separate 3 yrs.ago. this apt is rent stabilizer.

this apt is not in his name neither mine but in his uncle name.

So we don't have the lease, now the new owner come.

My questions are:

1. If is it possible they will kick me out?

2. they offered me another apt with one BR brand new under my name with up price, when the new one is done and leave it although the lease not due yet. should i take that?

3. How about if i still want stay in this apt and change under my name when the lease is due because the uncle said they don't have a problem if i take over as long as no more his name, can i do that?
