How to get marshal to clean out apartment,

I took my tenant to court, the judge gave tenant 6mos to

move out their furniture, On 4/21/06, tenants must have their furniture out. How do I get marshal to move their

stuff by that date,if they have not moved. Do I have to go

back to court? What is the procedure, and how much will it

cost for marshal tocomepick up their furniture. Courts told tenats they have 6mos to move out, and cannot come back to court. Just want to know how do I get this furniture out. The courts gave me permission to seek marshal and have their furniture taken out. Where do I go

to get the marshal, and will it cost me any money?

Look for a local Marshal in the telephone directory and make an appointment. They will get the order issued and be present to physically remove the tenant. The prtice is about 75-100 dollars.
