Month to month tenant
Can a tenant be evicted for not paying rent? If so do they have recourse? Tenant has been livng there are about 2 years. Loacted in upstate NY, Not a codo nor a coop.

What? Of course a tenant can be evicted for not paying rent. The recourse is either to pay the rent or ask for some time to find a new place to live.
