Moving/security

Hi I am on sec 8 & live in a low income apt i am transfering my sec 8. 2 another state.i brought the lady who is a part of the mangment of the building and she signed a paper to release me of my lease but i was not out in time so i was told 2 sign a new lease I did but i would still be able 2 move out but i will not be able to get my security monies back. im just waiting for the inspecators to pass my new place
