Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

Notice of Nonrenewal of Lease, my rights as a rent stabilized tenant

I want to know what my rights are as a rent stabilized

tenant in response to a Notice of Nonrenewal of

Lease/Owner occupancy. My landlord has renovated

the apartment next to mine and now wants to adjoin it

with mine to create one floor-thru apartment for his

daughter and her fiance. Do I have any rights in this

situation? (He served me this notice 90 days before

the expiration of my lease, which is February 28, 2006.)

I make under 30k a year so losing this apartment which

I have rented for 14 years will greatly affect me.
