Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
Parking Garage
I am a non shareholder tenant in a co-op and have monthly parking in the buildings garage. The rate sign posted in the garage states that the Tenants rate is $250.00. I am being charged $325.00 as a non shareholder. I am still a tenant. All increases as well as assesments are paid for the apartment. Please advise if I have any rights in this case.
