did not pay the entire security deposit
Moved On May 1 paid my rent and 50% of the security. My hours at work got cut right before memorial day. I paid my June 1 rent right on time landlord was OK with me not giving the security till July 1, I have not found a new job and can barely afford the rent but will have the rent for JUly 1. can she evict me for not paying the balance of the security ? I did not know this was going to happen when i moved and this apt is costing more then i thought it would for she promised cable and it is not included plus I had to pay to have it wired. thre is no lease what should i do?

A. Technically, yes.

Q. thre is no lease what should i do?

A. If there is no written lease then you are a month to month tenant. You may give 30 day notice that you are terminating the lease agreement.
