personal property

A friend moved in with me and left my home without paying any bills and left all of her personal belongings. Can I sell them for bills accumulated while she was here plus storage? I have contacted her son a month ago.re. this. I have no addy or # to contact her.I had nothing in writing with her.

You cannot sell her things, at least not yet. You can charge her for rent and storage. Without an agreement in place allowing you to sell her things, you could not do so absent a court order that they have been abandoned.
