prior judgement
If I were to take a prior roommate to small claims court for owed utilities/rent, what are my chances that I would be able to collect if that person has a prior civil court judgement against him that exceeds $1.3 million??

If they haven't collected on their judgment, what makes you think your chances will be better? I guess he could always win the lottery.
