Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I was raped in my bed while I was sleeping. A pizza delivery boy was delivering pizza to my neighbor and he entered my apt and raped me while I was sleeping. I was able to fight him off of me. The doorman in my building failed to screen him properly! He was roaming the building for 20 minutes and they did nothing. How do I go about suing them negligence and major trauma?
