How can I remove an adult child (27) from my home if he refuses to leave?

You would have to commence a "landlord - tenant" proceeding. Essentially, you are revoking your son's license to stay in the house, and requesting the court award a judgment of possession and warrant of eviction.

Yes, but you would need to initiate eviction proceedings against him in housing court and have certain Notices served on him.
