Go to court today and file an Order to Show Cause seeking to vacate the judgment and warrant of eviction based on illegal apartment. Then it would be highly recommended that you retain the services of an landlord tenant attorney. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
