Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I rent a top floor in my landlady's home. She is planning on selling but she says that her real estate agent says I shouldn't worry because most people like the fact the have instant income..However, my question is this....when the house is sold, regardless of whether i stay or not, is my landlady entitled to give me back my security?

No she transfers it to the buyer.
