Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
Renting a condo
An apartment owner rented his unit without the knowledge of the Condo Board, and failed to follow the rules established by the Board and included in the Offering Plan. The new tenants are less than appropriate and have a bad conduct. Can the Condo Board evict the tenants since the lease is illegal?
Thank you.
