Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I responded to a "Notice to Cure" within the timeframe indicated. 2 days following the expiration of said notice I received a Termination Notice giving me until Dec. 30, 2009 to vacate my apartment. Please advise.

The question isn't whether you responded to the notice, but whether you cured the alleged violation. If you did, you will have to either convince your landlord to withdraw the notice or litigate the matter in court.
