Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
Hi my name is Saeed Ali and i own a house. i have a tenant that has been bothering me for 1 year. If my kids are playing outside, she will have a problem. If new people were moving in and a truck was standing outside, she told her brother to call me to ask what it is doing there and it is bothering her. Today she is making calls and threatens me and making videos of my kids playing outside. Please help me; I want to get rid of her.
