What is the time frame for returning Security Deposit to

a tenant when Lease ends if it was not established by a Lease agreement. Sometimes you are not able to to reveal damages on the time of inspection premises.

30 days after the tenant moves out. The tenant is entitled to an acounting of damages and a return of the deposit, if return of the whole or any portion is warranted.
