Selling a property while occupied by a tenant

One of my tenants gave notice to move out on April 30th, she gave her notice early in March. I told her fineI wanted to sell the property, would she be agreeable to letting me show the house. She said yes, so I listed the property, but now she has an excuse why we can't enter every time I schedule a showing. Do I need her permission to show the house, or can we just enter anyways as I always give her at least 24 hours notice of the showing. Thank You--name [email protected]

Unless it is spelled out in the lease, the tenant has the right to deny you permission to enter the apartment to show it for sale. If time is of the essence you may want to consider paying the tenant off to get her to leave earlier, or you can wait till she is out to sell the place.
