Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

store water leaking

I posted question about water leaking previous time, and answer told me if I had informed the landlord about leaking then, it's the landlord's fault.

I have told the landlord several times about water leaking from the ceiling, and I even wrote a letter to the landlord.

The water is leaking everytime when it snows and rains now.

And I am very scared that my properties would be damaged every night when it snows or rains hard.

now, Can I sue landlord for not managing his building?
