i'm being sude for holdover rent

what do i do when i'm being sued for holover rent? my elderly bed ridden mom lives with me and he did get some money from hra, the lease ran out in july 2007

With the righ legal representation you can probably manage to get a good deal to move out within a certain amount of time. But you usually have to act quickly, probably by next court date.
