tenant not on lease refuse to move
I leased an apartment to a tenant who died. His female friend has taken over the apartment. she pays no rent I am selling the house. How can i get her out without going to court. She requested 600.00 to move. I agreed. Then she now wants 2400 to move. what should i do. Should i trust her?

How soon are you selling the house? It would be cheaper to evict her if you have some time. I would not pay her.
