Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

Tenant has not paid this months rent, did get 30 day notice will be out on or before the 30th. Keys 2sets were givenback on the 26th. Now wants to know if someone else can come pick stuff up tomorrow th first. Not paying the rent that is due. Wants to use security was told no. Do I need to let anyone into the apartment to get her stuff Please help

Delivery of the keys generally means the abandonment of the apartment. However, to avoid future headaches, I would allow and supervise the individual to remove the tenant's personal items from the apartment.
