Tenant refusal to pay rent
I have a tenant who has not paid her rent since may. I have given her notice of ninty days from the first of june. What is the next step i can take.

Depending on the actual type and content of Notice you've given and the method you used (personal service, certified mail, etc) and depending on the type of tenant she is, you may or may not have given the proper notice as required by NY State law. The law is very specific as to exactly the wording required in these Notices and the manner in which they must be served upon the tenant.
