Termination of Lease

Lease states ''Either Landlord or Tenant may end the agreement with a 30-day written notice.'' Tenant vacated the premises without any written (or verbal)notice. Does Tenant owe rent for the next 30 days after vacating?

Take a shot, bring tenant to small claims court for the amount owed. Cheapest way to go on this. You will be suing under breach of contract, the lease being the contract. Good luck.
