Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
unwanted roomie
Iam the sole tenant on my apartment lease. I let my boyfriend move in awhile ago but its not working out and I would like him to move out but he is refusing. I have all the documentation to support that Iam the sole tenant. What should I do?

Legally your ex (or future ex) boyfriend is a sub-tenant. Therefore, you have to start an eviction (summary proceeding).
