vacate before my lease is up

i am moving my office to new building but i still have my lease up to feb05.old office has a leak lot of mold and repiars are not made despite written notificatios to old and new owner.please advice

You will prob be sued. You must argue "constructive eviction" for lack of repairs BUT only if they are the responsibility of landlord. Read your lease carefully. If you lose you will have to pay til end of lease.

You may have a claim for constructive eviction if you can show that your old office was uninhabitable.
