Will i get evicted

i recieved a summons for court for non payment of 1 months rent. i paid the full amount of rent before the court date. i asked the landlord if i had to go to court he said no. im just wondering if i will get evicted cause i didnt go to court but the full amount of rent was paid and i have proof of when it was paid

You should submit a statement to the court indicating that you and the landlord have resolved the problem and that you are now current on the rent.

That may avoid a possible default judgment. If the landlord wishes to go forward, the court will likely, after receiving such a letter, set a new date and inform you of the action.

If by some chance there is a default judgment against you, go to the court and ask for a re-opening.

You probably don't need to go, but you may want to just to make sure nothing funny happens. It depends how much you trust your landlord.
