Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York
I was wondering if there is a law governing snow removal for Suffolk County, The Town of Brookhaven. I would specifically like to know what the landlord's responsibility is for an apartment complex. Is there a certain amount of time the landlord has to clear walkways after the snow has stopped falling?
Thank you for your help.

I looked and did not find anything in the town code. You may have to look in the village code to review the law concerning snow removal.
