Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

I have a one year lease with 3 other guys. While I was away for the weekend my roommates had a party and during the party my room was broken into. There is damage to my door and my bed was peed on. I am wondering if I can move out with paying this months rent and get out of paying the remaining months.

No. Your lease is with the landlord and not your roommates. If your roommates do something wrong you need to address that with them.
