i was assaulted were i was working and the supervisor on duty that day dint do anything i had to call the police my self which in turned came with the ambulance i was terminated the following week. i have applied fro unemployment and i have been denied stating misconduct but i was c

defending myself so i want to know how can i received my unemployment and how can i sue for negligence towards my former employees.
