Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York

If someone you briefly dated goes on a talkshow and his partner (which i was unaware of) brings up a picture of me can this picture be included in the show? I have not been contacted nor do i wanna be! PLEASE HELP....

You should send a cease and desist letter to the show's producer asking that your face be blured. In general, it is best if such letter comes from an attorney for maximum impact.

Writing such a letter should not be an expensive matter. Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience.
