A Large company is selling a R V on their web page and it is listed as $500.00 but you now it shoud be $5000.00 can you make them sell it for the ad price in N.Y

No. To be a valid offer there must be objective intent as manifested by offeror's expressed words and conduct at time of the agreement. If you and any reasonable person would realize that the RV should sell for $5,000, there is no intent on the part of the offeror to sell the RV for $500 and therefore there is no meeting of the minds to form a contract.

Now of course, if after disclosure the offeror insists that the sale price is $500, then there may be a valid and binding contract.
