conflict of interest: county officer married to ADA

the officer who arrested me is married to the county ADA and is known for his incredible conviction rate. this is a very small town and i was wondering if this legally constitutes a conflict of interest.

No. I do not think so. However, if the Judge is related to either the officer or ADA, you may have an issue.
